Spotlessly clean and super chill vibe! Loved that I could hop to shops and grab food nearby without losing my mind. Peaceful yet a quick jaunt to the freeway.
I didn’t expect my room to overlook a parking lot instead of the lovely forest! I mean, nothing says relaxation like staring at cars, right?

Cabanas by the pool were lovely and perfect for relaxing. The vibe in the lobby was fun, great for card games with the kids!
The sofa in our suite was so sad it looked like it had been through a battle—stains everywhere!

During my stay, the staff provided a friendly atmosphere, making me feel welcomed right away. I also had a suite with plenty of space for the kids, which was helpful for our family trip. Every morning, we enjoyed breakfast, and the staff's attentiveness made it even better.
The outdoor pool was very cold, and room service was inconsistent. They did not empty the bins, which was inconvenient with children.

Great suite for our kid, but towels took too long to arrive.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers everything I need, like quick internet access, a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me find my lost earring, which I'll never forget. Highly recommend it!

We loved being allowed to check into our clean, spacious room early after a friendly manager sorted out our credit card hiccup. The relaxing outdoor pool and lovely garden area were perfect for unwinding after a long drive. The only downside was that the parking fee felt a bit unnecessary, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

Great for a weekend getaway!
We had a great time here! The room was super clean and the staff were really friendly. The pool area was beautiful and well-kept, perfect for relaxing. One bummer was the distance to shops, not really walkable. But the bar had good drinks, so we didn't mind too much. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!

Just right for a weekend vacation in Santa Cruz with a great value-to-price ratio. I loved having big bottles of shampoo instead of the usual tiny ones in the bathroom. Consider asking for a Mountain View room to get the best experience.
